關(guān)于召開“2016中國（國際）烯烴大會”的通知
各有關(guān)單位：
烯烴是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要的基礎(chǔ)原料，在石油和化學(xué)工業(yè)發(fā)展中占有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。亞洲已成為全球烯烴生產(chǎn)和需求的增長中心，在國際油價(jià)低位運(yùn)行和烯烴原料多元化的背景下，促進(jìn)烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)化整合升級，以技術(shù)進(jìn)步提升競爭力成為國際石化企業(yè)應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)的重要措施。“十三五” 是我國烯烴工業(yè)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化升級、提高國際競爭力的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。中國烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)將以滿足市場需求和提升競爭力為目標(biāo)，堅(jiān)持“原料多元化、集中布局、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、可持續(xù)發(fā)展”四項(xiàng)基本原則，充分利用好國際國內(nèi)兩種資源、兩個(gè)市場，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局，大力推動技術(shù)進(jìn)步，加快調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，發(fā)展高附加值、高技術(shù)含量的下游產(chǎn)品，提高烯烴資源綜合利用率，廣泛參與國際合作，促進(jìn)烯烴工業(yè)持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展。
在此背景下,中國化工學(xué)會將會同日本化學(xué)工學(xué)會、德國德西瑪協(xié)會，并聯(lián)合寧波市科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會、寧波石化經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)于2016年3月共同在寧波舉辦“2016中國（國際）烯烴大會”，會議將邀請中國石油化工集團(tuán)公司、中國石油天然氣集團(tuán)公司、中國海洋石油總公司、中國中化集團(tuán)、中國化工集團(tuán)、中國神華集團(tuán)、陜西延長石油集團(tuán)等國內(nèi)烯烴行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)及Honeywell UOP、CB&I Lummus、KBR、DOW、Townsend Solutions等國際知名公司及咨詢集團(tuán)，共同研討烯烴產(chǎn)業(yè)在低油價(jià)挑戰(zhàn)下的升級戰(zhàn)略。
